Hi, I’m Cathy (she/her), a qualified counsellor offering a warm, supportive, and professional space to help you improve your emotional wellbeing and explore any areas of your life that feel difficult or overwhelming.

I specialise in working with neurodivergent individuals and bring both professional training and lived experience to this work. I am also a specialist mentor for neurodivergent university students, supporting emotional wellbeing, confidence, and navigating challenges.

 

My approach integrates person centred therapy and cognitive behavioural therapy, tailored to your individual needs.

I support people with a range of experiences including anxiety, depression, bereavement, loneliness, social isolation, and LGBTQ+ related issues. If you are struggling, feeling stuck, or looking for support, you are welcome to get in touch.
